Abstract

Ayurveda the old Indian science expounded different perspectives for balanced wellbeing.

Ayurveda principles are basically depends upon maintaining the balance between Dosha,

Dhatu , Mala and Agni. Such balance state of dosha ,dhatu , mala and Agni is termed as

swastha (Healthy). Along with this,essential synchronization between Indriyas and Manas

gives great wellbeing status and social prosperity. But the main factor which nourishes the

overall body to maintaining its optimum health is Ahara (Food). Ahara (Food) and its

synchronizations are there which inturn nourishes the dhatus.. Rules related to planning and

utilization of nourishment more over play important part. These all angles enormously

emphasized in ayurveda writings and ancient Ayurveda . literary works displayed concept of

Ahara Vidhi Visheshaayatan . Consideration of this concept makes a difference to realize

dietary esteem of nourishment and give all wellbeing benefits of ingested nourishment stuffs.

It is a set of satisfactory dietic code , which virtually enable to grow well and enjoy good
